FAB SYSTEM DISABLED (untill the following changes have been tested)

Summoning a mob in enclosed areas now possible.
Added extra protection to mobs fleeing into walls.
Can no longer drop items onto walls.
Can no longer drop items at edge of galaxy.
Asteroid fields are no longer navigable. Therefore, they no longer kill you.
Can no longer pick up artifacts if teleporting.
Boss radius increased.  This will allow bosses to move further away from home.
The duration of stun and disable is now announced to all players in the vicinity.
Recover no longer obeys action timers. But timer is still present
Being interrupted now stops all actions.
Exp for a group of tiered players fixed.  Having a tiered player get kill will no longer reduce exp amount to share.
Chances of your summon being jumped reduced greatly.
Summons should no longer chase a mob that is fleeing.
Galaxy shift frequency reduced.
Placing an artifact in the last slot (bottom right) of cargo will now show in /artifacts.
Tweaked the rate at which mobs dodge.
Some damage tweaks, mainly to allow a higher chance of top end damage.

Done abit of testing hope it helps, results in (CAPS)

Summoning a mob in enclosed areas now possible.
(10 SUCCESSFUL SUMMONS IN A ROW SAT ON WALL INSIDE A SMALL CORRIDOR IS SORROW )

Added extra protection to mobs fleeing into walls.
(CAN'T REALLY TEST BUT IF I UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE CORRECTLY YOU MEAN THE MOBS STUCK ON LOOPS AND JUMPING THROUGH WALLS WHEN ATTACKING. HARD TO TEST BUT NOT SEEN ANY)

Can no longer drop items onto walls.

(CORRECT, NO LONGER DIE BUT CAN'T NAV THROUGH YOU JUST GET REBOUNDED BACK)

(NO MOBS FLED WHILST I WAS ATTACKING THEM)


Galaxy shift frequency reduced.
(CANT TEST NOT GUNNA SIT ON THER 24/7 WAITING FOR IT tongue)

Everything with the Artifacts was tested and worked properly.

The recovering thing supa is aware of, he fixed it on the local server just hasnt updated it to the test server.

The dodge rate of mobs was tested and is fairly accurate now.
The dmg of the weps is now more fair now, just supa didnt put a dmg cap on, but is in a sense fixed.

And the tiered grouped were tested and was accurate, a t9 and a t3 got same exp for whosever kill it was.
