Updates before 03/06/11

These are the first changes I made before contacting Angus with a mulitplayer host

Player max level increased to 75 from 50.
Multi class psions added for level 51 and above.
Mob max level increased to 125 from 50.
Alien complexity increased to 70 from 50.

Increased chance of mobs casting psions.
Tyv and Scythe added with bases.
Reduced rest time needed before shield recovery commences.
Which in turn means ‘Recover’ can be used earlier.

Removed Wizz mode for players.
Removed the 15k starting cash

Kraxis and Tearix added
Gerenium Quest added
Fixed locker access in starbases.
Gerenium drop chance doubled inside Scythebase.
Scythe Lord added with 5 new items.
Tyv Lord added with 2 new items.

Last of the player connection restrictions Lifted.  Host now accepts any number of connections.
Work resumes on repopulation of Galaxy.

Engineers can now repair while under attack, but can be interrupted.
Engineers can now be interrupted when disabling.
Algedi added.
Kitalpha added.
Menkalinan added.
Lesath added.
Unukalhai added.
5 Ruins added. With Protectors.
Starbase is now PvP protected.
Fixed locker access in academy.

Major update to the core mechanics of game.
Zones should now load faster.
Login should also be faster.
Weapons will now recharge more smoothly.
Shield recharge adjusted to compensate.
Power recharge raised considerably.
Bandit base mobs now use an assortment of weaponary.
Bandit base re-spawn lowered.
Clan's fixed.
