dosnt that make then usless to use since you can only used weps that are your complex and thats mean 75 is the highest?

the higher the skill the less chance to brake ? like if i have 75 skill ? would it be pritty hard for things to brake on me ?

whats the lvl cap for each upgrade kit my guess was simple for +1  and so on and plussing didnt use to brake only stones so whats going on there ?
